1. Information We Collect

When you install the Easyfan.app application, we collect:

• Account Data: Location ID, company ID, and OAuth tokens necessary to operate the Service.
• Contact Data: Names, emails, phone numbers, and custom fields within your account, accessed only within the scopes you authorize.
• Usage Data: Basic analytics about how you interact with the dashboard (page views, feature usage).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the Service (campaign dashboards, nurture sequences, site publishing)
• Sync data between your account and Easyfan.app features
• Improve the Service and develop new features

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Railway-hosted infrastructure with PostgreSQL databases. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with:

• Easyfan CRM: Contact and pipeline management
• Railway: Application hosting
• Cloudflare: DNS and CDN

Each third party has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as the app is installed. Upon uninstallation, we delete your OAuth tokens immediately. Contact data cached in our system is purged within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Uninstall the app at any time to revoke our access
• Request a copy of your stored data
• Request deletion of your data by contacting us

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app dashboard.
