By installing or using the Easyfan.app application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Service is provided by Easyfan LLC ("we", "us", "our").
Easyfan.app is a marketing automation platform. The Service provides AI-powered campaign dashboards, asset approval workflows, nurture sequences, and client site publishing.
When you install the app, you authorize Easyfan.app to access your account data within the scopes you approve (contacts, locations, OAuth management). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
We access your account data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required to operate the Service or comply with law.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure whose availability is outside our control.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Easyfan LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
You may disconnect your account at any time from your Easyfan dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or abuse of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
